📝 Application Procedure

Follow the steps below to apply for admission into the VET Forestry Attendants or Wood Industries Attendants training programs at FWITC:

Step 1: Obtain Application Form

Application forms can be obtained from:

  • FWITC Campus Admissions Office

  • Or downloaded from our website: www.fwitc.ac.tz 

Step 2: Fill in the Application Form

Complete the form with accurate personal details and select your desired program:

  • Forestry Attendants Level I, II or III

  • Wood Industries Attendants Level I, II or III

Attach the following documents:

  • Copy of birth certificate or national ID

  • Copies of academic certificates/results slip

  • Two recent passport-size photos

  • Application fee payment receipt

Step 3: Submit Your Application

Submit your completed form and attachments through any of the following:

  • In person at FWITC Admission Office

  • By post to:
    The Principal, FWITC
    P.O. Box 516
    Mafinga-Iringa, Tanzania

  • Email: info@fwitc.ac.tz (attach scanned documents)

Step 4: Wait for Selection Results

  • All shortlisted applicants will be contacted via phone, SMS, or email.

  • Selection results will also be posted on the FWITC campus notice board and website.

Step 5: Confirm Admission

If selected:

  • Collect your admission letter

  • Prepare and submit payment for tuition and other fees as indicated

  • Report to FWITC on the specified date with original documents
